After so many years of working for this company I finally see why a lot of ppl hate this company today alone I wasted over 100 worth of airtime calling because some consultant called Nhlanhla Moeng did not do what he was supposed to do followed by his colleague Sisonke Mabeqa who hung up on me not to mention Yamkela who was so clueless about everything had to train her myself not to mention the rude Levona Rashkumar who just told me that the is no supervisor on floor not even a stand in team leader after my account was messed up and got disconnected by one of them now tell me what the hell should one do in such cases, I went to Twitter they said I must dm them my query that was at 6pm till now no one has rep**** to my messages ...DStv is trash
