Trapped with dstv 😠😠😠

I am sooo disappointed with Dstv multi choice as a whole along with the customer service,its been 4months without me watching anything "error" there was an error due to bad weather services only on specific channels and mind you on bright sunny day 😏 tried to clear the error with no assistance at all both on calls and WhatsApp no help😠 a few weeks ago i finally decided to cancel the debit order because i can't pay for what i don't watch hahahaha to my surprise they still debited me without my concern and without me using their service for a whole flippen 4months 😠😠😠 now what frustrates me the most is when i try to cancel my subscription with them they make me hold for 1hr whenever i call and i end up not being helped nor cancelling this damn dstv ... i feel so ****med and trapped with dstv
