Transmission/ ReceptionProblems
It is now for sometime that certain suburbs in Durban have no signal when there is slight cloud cover. Today there is limited reception but now the sound is out of synch with the picture. This is how clients are being treated while they pay their exec's huge amounts in packages. I am aware of a client who on their advice replaced the dish and cabling, still experiencing se same problem.

We are sorry to hear that and we understand your frustration.
Kindly note that an e48-32 error is caused by loss of signal, this can be temporary if caused by a passing thunderstorm or permanent if your dish installation is faulty or obstructed.
If the weather is fine, check that the cables from the satellite dish are connected to the decoder properly, then check the signal strength and quality by following the steps below.
Press the help > Scroll to general information> Tuner Status.
The signal strength and quality need to be between 80% and 100%, if it is low, please reboot the decoder by switching off the decoder power at the wall plug and wait at least 10 seconds before switching it on again.
Should the issue persist, please take the decoder to the nearest DStv centre for testing.
