Transfering data from the old sim card to the new sim card

Dstv agents are useless all of them they are not helpful at all they all supplying wrong information everytime I am phoning them even on WhatsApp they are rude I just spoke to one of then she just close the chat but issue is not resolved if i was the owner of Dstv I was gonna fire all of them and start employing new staff I was told that I get my data from the old sim card i app**** a new router I got it now dstv agents are telling me it's impossible you guys are ****mers please resolve my issue as soon as possible because always exposing you guys
