TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP TAKES LONG

Sent transfer of ownership through for a link of an decoder to extraview on 1/9/2017 together with all required forms and documents. Phoned this morning to find out on progress only to be told that it takes 3 days to process. Really not happy about this as I am a Premium subscriber and has been one for a very long time. I find it absurd that it takes this long if all the required forms has been sent through to the relevant department. Please assist and execute the request so that the second decoder can be used during the weekend
