Transfer of Ownership

I sent a request for MultiChoice to transfer our DSTV account from my mother’s name to myself following her passing. Submitted all the documents and was told I need a letter of executorship from the master’s office. Really? A trip to the masters office for a decoder? Because I would *****ulently transfer someone’s bill to my name AND pay for it, and then? It’s hard enough that I’m having to go through this process, do not make it harder by making me jump through unnecessary hoops of additional admin!
