Transfer of ownership

I have submitted a transfer of ownership over 24 hrs ago . They are supposed to assist within 8 working hours , still nothing .

We as customers pays a lot of money monthly only for them to treat us as **** . I ( and many others ) are now sick of this **** service we are getting from a company who is so quick to disconnect your service if you are a day late with payment .
