Transaction history mess
On 02/09 I sent a query #*** via the website regarding not being fully billed for my subscription as scheduled for 25th of each month.<br> Usually I get debited R1049 on the 25th,for Aug the only debits were R30 on 25/08 and R319 on 01/09 hence my query.<br> On 09/09 I tweeted you and was informed I would be contacted.I then got an email asking if my query still needs attention which I rep**** to.<br> On 11/09 I got an email stating \Our system does not indicate why the debit order was not collect
