Trade in disaster!

Multichoise forced us to do a Trade in due to satellite changes they made. We drove 300kms to Multichoise N1 city to do the trade in. We paid in full for the new decoders, free installation which will include bigger dish and smart LNB cable and was promised that the installing will take place within 48h. They dispatched installers in our area and said the installer will contact us. After 2 days of waiting, nothing! I phoned installers and then the call centre and then field sevices. every day speaking to new person as they are situated in Gauteng and we are western cape.( I can not get a number for Multichoise N1 city but got an email adress) so it has been phone calls and email yet nothing! It is now 10 days...I am sooooo frustrated. still no DSTV...decoders still in their boxes.
