Totally useless people and services

Useless and terrible service. I made a payment on the 26th December 2020 for the month of January 2021 but today the 31 Dec 2020 I get a message saying I need to pay today or else it gets switched off tomorrow. I tried calling every number for customer care but it just says the number is incorrect or they are short staffed and can't answer phone calls, I tried thier WhatsApp line and it's also off, totally useless it makes me want to cancel Dstv for good.
