Totally unacceptable

I chose the Premium package at a discounted amount of R649 for three months starting on the 29th May, on the 20th May I already paid my compact plus fee R620 as I still had R24 credit, thus it was enough for June. But now you're system is saying that on the 16th June Premium was only then activated and thus I owe R200 from those three days leading up to my payment date of the 20th, how can this be when I already had Premium activated on the 29th May already. I've spoken to many dstv consultants, I've made many calls and emails, the consultants made further referrals and disputes but nobody is fixing this error, it is just being said pay the R850, but how can I do that if I have a three month special of R649 deal on with Dstv. When I spoke to Mpilo Friday evening he said it was incorrect from their side and it will be sent to the correct department for fixing, but I heard that before as well from the other consultants. Its very disappointing that no service is given. As you can see by all the reference numbers I've written here how much money I've wasted on calls and my time. Hopefully somebody can still help.
