Totally ****ed

So I was approved for a DSTV price lock. The decoders had to be delivered to my house on the 3rd Jan 2022. Called whole week to find out where my package is keep being given the road around from DSTV, I spend over R500 on airtime trying to sort it out. Last night DSTV told me the corrected my address and telephone number was given to ON THE DOT COURIERS to deliver today. I followed the link that was given only to find the package was delivered yesterday to the incorrect address. Now they want to keep me liable for something I did not receive or they have no proof I signed for it. How on earth do they let someone sign for a package that is not there's. My complaint is about both ON THE DOT as well as DSTV
