Totally dissatisfied customer
I have complained and complained about their system for catch up that they advertise so much. They say someone will get in touch with you from an automated answering service but no one phones you. They say it will be fixed in a certain time. My date was the 1 August'23 but till now still nothing is done. Totally dissatisfied!
