Totally Disgusted with Multichoice
On the 28th January 2016 I went to the ATM and wanted to eft money into my bond account and I mistakenly transferred money into Multichoice's account. I called Multichoice on the 28th and told them to please refund me my money - I sent them a copy of my and my husband's ID / my banking details / bank statement and the eft payment. Till today I am still waiting for my money - I now received an email saying that it will take 40 days for the refund. This is totally unacceptable and furthermore I think some of the staff that I have been liaising with at Multichoice is totally unprofessional. Multichoice was quick to deduct their money from this amount but don't want to refund me my money - I will not be watch DSTV ever again.
