TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been trying to arrange Insurance on my decoder since October 2019. I firstly went in store and completed the forms. All was good, I would be charged pro-rata for the few extra days till monthend. A few days later I was sent a mail to say my account was in arrears by about R3. I wrote back but a day later received another mail to confirm my cover had been cancelled. Short story, I have about 20 mails trying to sort this out, as well as numerous phone calls. Each time I would be notified that cover was processed, only to receive an email a few days later to confirm cancellation. I just gave up. I decided to try again when I got a message about my debit order for monthend. Went online and tried to sign up for cover, nothing happened on the app so I used the helper to enquire what the problem was. I was told my request had been escalated and that someone would phone me. Nearly 2 weeks later, still no phone call. I queried online again this morning, now someone else replies and asks what the problem is ?? At this stage I shall just go to their office and destroy it on the floor in front of them should something go wrong. Just to be extra client friendly, they have informed me each time that the policy was re-instituted that a 3 month waiting period applies. There is absolutely no customer service ?

Dear Multichoice
Your statement about world-class service is laughable to say the least, sorry.
It is not a recent experience and I have the emails to prove should anyone actually be interested in sorting this out.
Thank you for "again" escalating my query, sorry if I don't hold my breath. This is the same story over and over.
Regards
