Total Incompetency

Phoned to do change of ownership. I was advised to write a letter and describe the situation. Week later they tell me I can't do it this way. I have all the signatures, all the certified copies od ID's but just because it is not done on their template they don't accept it. THEIR TEMPLATE DOES NOT CATER FOR MY SITUATION! and they can't seem to grasp my situation. I have been a loyal client for so many years (since they have started) and this is how I get treated. SO DISSAPPOINTED !
