Total incompetence

There is a total vacuum of competence at this Company, i communicated with them electronically where emails are ignored and the responses are nonsensical or they just send you an automated response and nothing else happens. Simple questions cannot even be answered when you communicate telephonically with them. The other problems is the pre message that takes forever before you get to an agent only to be told they cannot help or need to transfer to someone else.
