Topped up credit missing
Well, I really enjoyed using the box-office that multichoice has to offer. BUT! recently when I topped up my account with R120(equivalent too 4 movies) everything was fine and my account reflected the credit available, so I watched a movie and all was fine...then two weeks passed and I had time for another movie...but my account was suddenly in the rear (-R30). So I had to do phoning ritual like usual and like expected no one has a clue what happened! So where has my credit gone??? I even have my proof of payment!! I call this *****ing!!!
