When I experienced the loss of sound on my TV I phoned MultiChoice for assistance. After numerous attempts to resolve my problem with no success I eventually discovered that the problem was the faulty HDMI socket in my amplifier.
I was extremely impressed with the patience and politeness of agent who do his utmost best to assist me. He is a true gentleman and professional.
