While I have several concerns with DStv, today I want to express my appreciation for the exceptional customer service provided to my family by two outstanding agents: Yonela and another representative (whose name I unfortunately can't recall). The assistance they offered was well worth the investment, and I must commend the team on their professionalism, despite handling a high volume of calls. Overall, the service was truly exceptional.
