Took double the amount from my banking account

On the 21/09/2015 Multi Choice took an amount from my banking account of R1324.00 and i did give Multi Choice a call to ask about why did they take this amount from my account. I call centre agency who assist me told me that they had only took an amount of R824.23, then i was told on register for self service to view my account statement, she never me to send through any proof of the payments. So i left thinking that Muti Choice would releazie the mstake transfer the funds back. Then on the 07/10/2015 they took an additonal amount of R359.53, so i called that night asking them why and then i was told send a copy of my bank statement which i did on the 08/10/2015. And then i was told to email it throught to enquires and someone would get back to me. They tried to call me Thao Molefe but i was in a meeting and could not take the call. Then sent me a email stating this so I called the number on the email numberous times and each time they would tell me that someone would get back me. So guest what i am still waiting. The amount of R859.30 si not a lot of money to some people but it is to me. I really need the money to be transfer bakc to me.
