Too much Incompetency at Dstv Multichoice

i was assisted by a guy named Thembisisa on the 3rd of December 2023 to reopen my subscription n he was supposed to do a debit order of an amount of 374,75 n then advised him i can only pay on the 4th when i go to d shops he said it was fine i then deposited the money n i noticed it never went off even the next day til now it never did it ,after they disconnected my services i had to pay more now about 408,91 just now cos from that day im quering about this no one is helping even that Thembisisa isnt calling me back since he offered me an explora contract for 2yrs ,that was fast they delivered the explora decorder but now im stuck with it no installer has come to give a free installation as promised now everyone im contacting they saying thers no free installation Im sick and tired of Dstv each and every time theres a query they never resolve it one time u end up paying double wich is unacceptable 🤬🤬I need someone to intervene asap
