To remind a viewer that they owe R34.00
The arrogance of DSTV to remind a subscriber that they have short paid the current bill by R34.00 and the instruction that it has to be paid by today to enjoy the entertainment, how bizarre. R34.00 is 0.0486 Percent of the actual total bill of R699.00.<br> <br> The last electronic statement I ever received was for August/September 2014.<br> <br> Does this mean DSTV will disconnect my service if I do not pay the R34.00, absolutely, this is the kind of arrogance one has to deal with a Monopoly.<br> <br> Should there focus be on checking on how to improve the programs most of which are constant repeats....

As of the 1 April 2015 the MultiChoice annual price increase cane into effect. It is for this reason that we advised you of the short payment received .
