To hell with DStv

You guys are doing day light *******. In June my services we cut l had dstv internet plus one extra decoder plus compact subscription all should not cost more than a R1000 including reconnection fee but u check my account on what it says l owe R2500 and on DStv app it says R1719 how do get 2 different amounts for 1 account moreover why is my account always increasing when my services where terminated over month ago
