I didn't want to write here but I'm forced to do its..I've been calling the Multichoice more than 10 times but I'm getting no helped each agents are useless ..I have their names and also the team leaders name ..one of the team leader told that she's will call me back until today I did not receive the call from her..and I'm so angry I really do understand how you guys are training the agents if they can't help us as customers
