Titles not loading properly on PVR

Very disappointed with the quality of service from DSTV, I've noted that some titles ( Binnelanders) are not loaded properly. It seems like it is loaded for connected service and not regular catchup. Which is not available for non-premium users, but it is not past expiry but some of the latest episodes. Leaving me with some episodes missing on catchup.

Then there's a repeat of the issue I had with you on Snaaks genoeg, that took you over a month to fix. The movie on Box office is not loading on PVR but it is available online (under the PVR titles). You actually moved Snaaks Genoeg to Comming soon and extended the expiry date, Twice!
