Tiring

If I could rate it a zero I would. Been paying for more than 5yrs using the same method. Made a payment on the 25th of Feb and today it’s disconnected coz the payment didn’t reflect.

I have called, also sent a WhatsApp and proof of payment but I’m still not getting any help.
