tired of the bad service

Case number ***. We live in a very small town and usually pay our dstv premium via Pep stores on the third of every month . But Pep was offline when we went to pay for August. So because we didn't have any other options, we did an Eft payment. On the 15 August, we were disconnected. We phoned multichoise, who claimed that we didn't pay our account. So we sent them proof of payment. It was switched back on, but switched off again three times after that in the same month. We have been switched off four times in Total, spent a lot of airtime on phone calls to multichoise, even after they received our proof of payment. The money has left our bank account, so how can they still claim that we didn't pay? It's the end of August and we want to pay for September now, but is seriously in doubt because the problem still isn't really solved. After paying R720, and being switched off four times, who wouldn't be in doubt.
