Tired of DSTV randomly cancelling insurance

I am so tired of DSTV (Multlichoice) randomly deciding to cancel the insurance on my decoders. Since I have become a customer - yonks ago - I have ALWAYS had insurance on both decoders - I would not have it otherwise. I happened to speak to a customer care consultant today in order to confirm that all was in order with my subscription and I was told once again that I only have insurance on the Extraview decoder. Please give proof of a date (on your system) when I asked you to cancel the insurance on my PVR system. DSTV (Multichoice) unfortunately you are showing up your organisation to be such a joke - but without any humour. I received the following email from you in August 2015, please show me where and when I cancelled:

Customer number: **********
New policy number for your Decoder Care Contract (DCC)

Dear Mrs D ...

Your Decoder Care Contract policy number will be changing as of 14 July 2015. But don't worry, everything else stays the same (such as your monthly premiums and the decoders covered).

The table below lists your insured decoder with its corresponding new policy number:

Decoder description Decoder Number New policy number Premium (incl VAT)
1 DSD1132 V ********** 31 ********** R 20.00
2 PACE865 P ********** 71 ********** R 29.50

If you'd like to get in touch with us, please do so using one of the following touch points:

Hello Nesta, thank you for your nice reply but it is a week later and I am STILL waiting to hear from your famous DCC department. Once again, disappointing and disgusting service. Who decided to take it upon themselves to cancel the insurance on one of my decoders? Please have someone who has some authority at DSTV contact me to resolve this very very simple problem, but it seems that nobody at DSTV is capable of sorting out the problem.
