tired of bad service

in the past when we debosit money in boxoffice acc it shows 10 min later. now we wait for a week after debosit still nothing. when phoning them they are the most unpleasant people to talk to and wasting my money to get bad service. R220 is bank into there acc that we used to bank into for almost 2 years now.<br>
