Tired customer

A few days ago I wrote a review about how multi choice promised me 1 month free service and I never received it instead my line kept on being cut through the whole month I wrote on multi choice and complained about it and the guys that called me told it it will be sorted I should just pay the normal premium im supposed to pay this month and that he would get back to me but I never received any feedback but I see here on hello letter saying they have rep**** privately. I paid 400 for his month and im being told I need to pay another one please help guys im tired of going through this with multi choice.
