Time to walk away from DSTV and MultiChoice

For the second time in a year Multichoice has deducted thousands of rands as annual subscriptions from my cheque account without my permission... I pay a monthly subscription fee. The first time this happened, the issue was resolved fairly easily. However the second time.... a call to the call centre and a visit to the Gift Acres branch have elicited the comment that they don't know why this happened. Solutions presented were half hearted at best, with no indication as to an understanding of the financial implications and inconvenience to the client, and certainly no apology or empathy. Mistakes can happen, but then the company should go above and beyond to assist the customer in solving the problem and making redress for the inconvenience.
