Tim eruns out

Last week i sent email complaining about 2 programes - Billions &amp; Vinyl - which i record,Despite setting the '10 minutes after' window , the programe for each of the last 3 weeks was still running when the time run out. To catch the last 5-10 mins , i had to find the next time each was on and record the programe that immediately followed each of these.<br> The reply received was 'reported to relevant department for investigation/action'<br> <br> Not only has the same problem reoccurred this week for these 2 programes , but also Monday nights 'Walking Dead' episode.<br> <br> Enough now - sort it out !!!<br> <br> This type of incompetence is encouraging us to go the 'Internet download route' !!
