My wifi simcard shows its locked it needs a pun I was told to fo to maponya mall I got only to find a queue so long why cant you just send me a new simcard or do a Sim swap this is very poor service. My monthly subscription is supposed to be R669 for 24 .months but I'm paying R750 then you ask yourself why so many customers are leaving your service is pathetic
