Three months and only empty promises

<p>I have been with multi choice for the last 11years. I have asked them for the last 8months that they must cancelled my debit order as I have a problem and that I will pay it cash. This was never done in the meantime I have paid cash every month and didn't have a problem. Then suddenly beginning of June 2016 I suddenly saw amounts that has been dumped in my account with no explanation at all. I immediately phone and after an hour and a half on the phone we came to an agreement that they will investigate my account. And then the whole process started every 5th day they will suspended my account I will phone them and they will reconnect me. Every time I asked about the investigation and they will tell me they are sill busy. When after about 6weeks I got hold of a lady and she was prepared to help me. She told me that it was debit orders that was returned by my bank but only two months after the original date. I told her but I was paying cash all the time. She promised to escalated the account to there accounts department so that they can reconciled it and they will get back to me. It never happened, I was still waiting and the reconnection proses just went on and on. I have asked for statements to be email to me and everytime they will tell me they are doing it right away but I haven't received anything up until today. Yesterday I send them an e-mail and for the first time they response and tell me about the debit orders but nobody have done a reconciliation off the account. My account has been suspended and for now they don't want to reconnect me. I have send them an e-mail again and asked for them to help me. In the meantime I am the one with all the trouble and problems. I have spend so much on airtime and everyone just have the same story. I am sick and tired and wished that someone will helped me to sort it out once and for all.</p>
