Threats received from Multi-Choice after disclosing their big f.r.a.u.d ****.

<p>Multi-choice have been deducting far more than the agreed amount on a 24 month contract from my banking account. This month a deduction of R1076 came through opposed to the R600 deduction. Since I lodged a complaint several weeks ago they have categorically denied have made this deduction and requested proof. After having supp**** a copy from my bank account they kept denying that this was deducted and requested another copy. After having gone through this process 5 times they keep on requesting more proof. After several telephonic conversations I agreed with their representative to reverse the last unauthorized deduction till they sort themselves out. She supp**** me with an email address that I can use for further correspondence that turned out to be an invalid one. Now I am receiving threats that my service will be suspended. </p>
