This is really not on!!

Why is my account still a mess. Monday morning is the 25th i wanted to make a payment and i see another new subscription, Ayanda said he will sort it out, Charlotte said the same, luvo said the same on tot of other 4 different consultants . Everyone is coming with their oun amount. What nonsense is this!!! What must i do now as a customer!!! I swear im just going to cancel this whole thing now because clearlt this is all a guessing game, no one is intending to assist and sort this out!!

Tomorrow i will close this whole account because you not intending on assisting me!! Im tired now

Ive spoken to more then 10 people. 3/ 4 from this complaints everyone comes and mess up in their own way and comes with their own subrcritions and you promise me discounts and specials that you dont keep
