Thieving DSTV

Hello Peter. I'm really frustrated. I'm on price lock and pay R549pm, joined in March last year for a 24 months package but what I'm experiencing nowadays is a nightmare. Since September, I'm getting disconnected every week and when I call for a reconnection, I always have to be on a phone for more than 20 mins. What's alarming the most now is that the amount I'm told to be owing doubles weekly and funny enough, their money gets debited every month. Which ombudsman do they fall under?
