Hi, I must express my disappointment once again with DSTV!

My debit order did not go through on Jan 2, Paid the next day outstanding amount.... On +-2 Feb DSTV only debited my account.... then on the 23rd Feb after getting a notification reg there is still an amount outstading? after me calling the call center x4 TIMES (YES 4X TIMES AND PROMISED THAT A SO CALLED MANAGER WILL CALL ME BACK AND NVER EVER DID- IS A DISGRACE AND PATHECTIC- DSTV ARE TAKING AFTER THE GOVERMENT ALL TALK AND NEVER DELIVER- OVER PROMISE AND TALK FROM THE PRPOMT!!

On top of all this you (***** R50 FOR THE CONNECTION FEE) My Goodness, how many customers are you doing this too!! *****ING r50x 1mil no wonder ceo is richiest man in AFRCIA!

rather have no call center- this way your ceo can make more money after all this is what he cares abourt the most and nopt the paying customer!
