*******. Stay away if you can.

Every year I buy a 12 month prepaid subscription. I have done this for the past 3 years. Every time, about a month before the subscription is meant to be over (on the 11th month) service is cut and I’m told I owe money and I won’t be reconnected unless I pay. I’ve been dumb enough to do that twice. It’s happened again now

How can I be owing money from a prepaid service? Worst off, I keep being told I was in arrears when I took the subscription. *******! You’ve given me this lie 3 years in a row and I keep paying that money

Day before yesterday I spent a significant amount of time from my day on the phone with Percival, who could do with more training, and Yvonne who eventually decided to escalate this to her manager… till today nobody has bothered to call me. Also a dance I’ve done for the past 3 years. I use this service because I am compelled to. Not because I want to. Best believe I will leave when I find a way out.

Stop it. You’re actually *****ing from me. That is ********. Give me my full 12 months worth and stop thieving. I also want these past days that I have not been connected reimbursed.
