*******... excuses to give ne back my money

Dstv fascinates me. They are so quick to take your money but when they owe you money. 101 excuses. I keep getting a response of "finance will contact you within 24-48 hours" that was 216 hours ago... disgusting service. And to top it off, you get treated like an idiot from the customer service contact center.
