Really!!!!! My account statement is -R166.00. My bill for the month September R94.00. How can I owe R94.00 if I am in advance of R166.00. And then you discontinue the service on 02/09/2019 when the payment is due on 03/09/2019. How desperate can you be for R50 reconnection when its not even suppose to be disconnected?? Extremely poor service.
