Can you please REFRAIN from taking my money!!!!!! If one competent person amongst all the *********** and stupidity called DSTV would mind going out of their way to do their job I would not be inconvenienced every month to educate you how to do your work, for which you get paid!! You have once again successfully debited my account with not even the correct amount! I've canceled my subscription in October 2021. In November you've debited my account AGAIN and then Credited it on the 9th of November 2021. Now we're in January 2022 and you've debited my account in the amount of R1868. PAY back the money immediately or I will report you to the SAPS for theft.

How convenient. There will never be any issues when taking money that doesn't belong to you or debiting your account but when it comes down to refunding you for the amount the excuses are endless. First and foremost I was informed that I will for a start only be refunded R900 odd instead of the R1868 that was debited. No no for the balance they will have to do a journal entry. I don't think so DSTV!!!!!!! Secondly I was notified that they really want to refund the money but now, how convenient, they are experiencing technical problems. Well DSTV I don't care about your problems or how you plan to resolve it, nor do I care if it's going to take all night long to rectify your technical problems excuses excuses. You stole from me and I want the FULL amount of R1868 refunded IMMEDIATELY!!!! Tomorrow I'll be heading to the SAPS to open a case of theft against you and I will go out of my way to let EVERYONE know just how USELESS and *********** you are until the money is back in my account.
