So i pay my account using cash at checkers in the beginning of last month, in the middle of the month they switch my dstv of saying they need pop. Well maybe i could produce it if you didnt switch my services of weeks later i cant use my customer number to search for payments at checkers how should i remember what date and what amount was paid a month later. Please sort this out and stop switching my services of i paid my account your systems are up to **** or the security of your systems has been compromised and someone is getting rich seeing my payment has now magically dissapeared. I have been a loyal customer for years dont make me cancel my subscription. Either sort this out with checkers noordheuwel i also install dstv i will drop the quality of my work to the standards of service which im recieving from you or i will start suggesting apple tv since they have a functioning payment system.please sort this out its the world cup you are loading reconnection to my account this is theft!
