Lastweek I tried to hire a movie on dstv box office from my mother's dstv decoder, the payment went off my husband's bank account and no movie was made avail. I contacted dstv twice query not resolved, I then chatted via the live chat and was promised query will be escalated. No feedback to date. S Sonday.

This evening I tried to hire this movie again on my father inlaws decoder guess what? Same the happens, money goes off no movie. TJ Adams
