I am so angry and disappointed with DStv I even want to cancel my subscription. My monthly payment is R549 then suddenly out of the blue I received and SMS that my debit order is R598 how many time does this Dstv increase in a year. Tried to call their call center and the agent could not give me straight answers at first he said I have outstanding balance when I asked how come because you guys are the one debiting, he then told me about showmax and the I told him I've never subscribed to showmax. I want this resolved ASAP because I am really going to cancel my subscription and throw away all the decoders.
