They want to rob me day light ,poorest service ever received in my entire life

They haven't even try to contact me after I've Lodge a complaint against them . Worst company ever ,I called them and run of out R100 airtime while on the line with them telling me *** ,they ruthless they ***** people money like nobody business , how the hell do I escalate this further
