They take money but don't provide the service
I am a premium subscriber and I pay for an extra stream but I'm unable to use it. I can stream on my laptop but when I try to stream on my phone I get the message "Streaming limit reached". This used to work but when IU was on holiday on 21 September it stopped working. I spent hours on the phone but no solution was given so I missed the Curry Cup final and the Springboks game.
It's now more than a week later and I still don't have a solution.
The reference number is ***2-I570
The manager who couldn't help me and broke promises of getting back to me is Celene Jantjies.
