They take advantage of my account since I overpaid this month...****mers

Multichoice took advantage of my account...am on access package on the 7 June I upgraded to family they said I must pay R48.77 till my next billing date which is on 15/06/2025 I paid R49 on the 7th. On the 14/06/2025 I downgraded to access again then I paid R200 which I was supposed to have credit of R50 suddenly. i R33.44 as my credit my R16.56 is missing I called multichoice they tell me that I had a balance which I don't know of they say I was less charged with no communication .
