They sent an installer that broke my brand new flat screen I've been patient for too long
I have a problem with DSTV from Mams Mall, I bought a decoder and went there for registration. They decided to send someone who broke my brand new 32 cm flat screen, I went there to report the case they said I must bring my TV with the box, statement and slips. And I did exactly what they said now it's 4 full months they r quite, when I call they tell me that I must be patient so now until when. Coz I need my TV it been 4 months now waiting for nothing. Worse part the person that they sent to install dstv was high. I really need my TV I'm tired of waiting.

09 Oct 2020, 12:51The name of the installer was bongani but he **** to us and said he's Benjamin. He's manager is Shadrack the one who sent him to my place to install dstv and the one who took my TV and slips and told me they will do something until today they're doing. I don't knw the accredition number but they're from Multiple choice Mamelodi mall

09 Oct 2020, 12:53I really need my TV and the empty promises they I get from them are not pleasing at all. It's not nice buying something and then someone damage it without you using it. My right have been violeted here.
